Our Rosé is a pale watermelon pink color and is medium bodied.
Paradise has a dry finish with delicate and gentle, almost whispering, hints of fresh summer fruit flavors. Slight and subtle strawberry meets understated and faint white peach notes. Refreshing and revitalizing without unsought sweetness.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with fish, charcuterie, and summer salads. Try with strawberry and spinach salad topped with lightly seared ahi tuna drizzled with peach vinaigrette and olive oil. Delicious with melon wrapped prosciutto, nuts, cheeses and dried fruits. Pairing this with aged Gouda is a staff favorite!
